Our Health is a nonprofit community resource which strives to meet the needs of those individuals and families in our community who would benefit from access to quality health and human services. Our Health accomplishes this directly and indirectly by providing a variety of sevices that strengthen the effectiveness of its nonprofit partnres, both on its co-located campus of 16 health and human service agencies and in concert with a wide range of over 50 community partners. Services provided included: training, technical assistance, grant development & administration, volunteer recruitment & deployment, throughout Volunteer Action Center, services coordination, healthy living event hosting and the coordination of community resources.
