We are hard at work on our site refresh. Lots of new features and information will be available in March 2023.

Our Audience

We help community members who are in a mental health crisis and provide support and/or crisis response - to someone calling in for a local resource. Concern Hotline is here to listen and assist callers through whatever difficult times they may face.

Communities We Serve

Concern Hotline currently covers the entire Lord Fairfax Planning District 7, which includes the City of Winchester and Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, and Warren counties. We often receive calls from people outside of our service area - some who just want to talk and others who are seeking resources for friends or family members in our service area.
