Supports people with disabilities who are seeking to establish an independent life style. Assistance with securing housing, employment, transportation, personal care , and loan applications. Funds allocated primarily for disability related expenses.  
Administration of public safety policies and public works
Program provides functionally and/or health impaired persons with social and related support services in a protective setting and supportive environment. Offers health monitoring, individual plans, personal assistance with activities of daily living, and scheduled group activitiies.
Promotes community awareness of HIV/AIDS in order to create a compassionate response to those infected and affected by this disease. Free, confidential oral HIV testing at office. Assists people with HIV/AIDS by providing funds to pay for medication, laboratory visits, doctors, and counseling.
Legal services for the defense of civil liberties and the Bill of Rights. All requests must be in writing.  They will give no legal advice over the phone.
A social club for military veterans, from age 21 years.
Provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Provides special service for active military. Provides certified instructors to teach: First Aid, CPR, Life Guarding, and Swimming. Clothing vouchers for local stores given to victims of single-family fires.
