The Valley Assistance Network(VAN) is a comprehensive resource and referral system to help families navigate community resources (ex…shelter, clothing, food, medical care, job training). Van is a program of the United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley to connect individuals and families with the services they need to move from crisis to financial security.
